About the game

Free with every Brunch & Bibles game. Thirty short days with God, written for every seat at the table.

Whether you've followed Jesus your whole life, are coming back after time away, or are just curious about who He is, this devotional meets you where you are. No Bible knowledge needed, no right answers expected. Each day takes about five minutes.

Every day includes:

  • The Verse: one verse from Scripture to carry with you (NIV)
  • The Theme: the big idea for the day, in a few words
  • The Story: a story from the Bible and what it means for your life today
  • Today: one simple thing to do before the day is over

Served in three courses, just like the game:

  • Break Bread (Days 1–10): getting to know the God who invites you
  • The Table (Days 11–20): walking with Him, one day at a time
  • Pass the Blessing (Days 21–30): carrying it to the people around you

Read it alone with your morning coffee, or text a friend and go through it together. Includes a 30-day menu so you can check off each day as you go.

Digital download (PDF, 37 pages). Your download link arrives by email right after your order. Added to your cart automatically when you order the game.

How to play

Pull up a chair and get ready to Break Bread. Draw a card and serve it to the table. Passing on a question is okay. Come back for seconds, there's no limit.

A taste

Sample the menu.

Break Bread
If Jesus showed up to brunch right now, what's the first thing you'd ask Him?
The Table
What does your prayer life look like on a normal Tuesday, not on your best day?
Pass The Blessing
One at a time: Say a word you'd want spoken over you right now. The table speaks it back to you.
Break Bread
Name the worship song that currently lives rent-free in your head.

10 of 165. The other 155 are waiting at your table.

A table where passing is safe is a table where people tell the truth.
The pass rule

Worried it'll get awkward? Any question can be passed, no explanation needed. That's what makes the honest answers possible.

Before you order

Good questions.

Do I need to know the Bible well?

No. It's for everyone at the table, wherever they are in their faith journey. New believers and curious friends are welcome, and Bible knowledge is never required to play.

What if a question feels too personal?

Pass. A table where passing is safe is a table where people tell the truth. The Table cards also come in Light Roast and Bold Roast, so you can order what your table can handle.

Is it only for brunch?

No. It works for after-church lunches, girls' trips, small groups, family dinners and anywhere two or three are gathered.

Does it make a good gift?

It was designed to. The box is deep red with a gold frame and a ribbon bookmark, made to sit on the table, not in a drawer. You can add a gift note at checkout.

Are there other editions?

Couples, women's, men's and kids' editions are planned. Join the list to hear first.
