Brunch & Bibles is a brand of RENWD Faith LLC ("Brunch & Bibles," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate brunchandbibles.co and its related pages, early access list, text messages, and store (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit the Services, join our early access list, make a purchase, or contact us.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use conflict about personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.

Personal Information We Collect

"Personal information" means information that identifies, or can reasonably be linked to, you. Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
  • Early access and marketing preferences, such as when and where you joined our list and your email and text message consent.
  • Order and payment information, such as the items you buy, order history, and payment confirmation. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
  • Account information, if you create an account, such as your login details and preferences.
  • Communications, such as messages you send us, creator program applications, and reviews you submit.
  • Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Services, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Where We Get It

  • From you, when you join the early access list, buy something, create an account, apply to our creator program, or contact us.
  • Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Services or open our emails.
  • From service providers and partners, such as Shopify, our email and text messaging provider, payment processors, and advertising platforms such as Meta.

How We Use Personal Information

  • To run the Services: to process and ship orders, handle returns, manage accounts, and provide customer support.
  • Early access and marketing: to tell you when the game is available, share offers and new editions, and send marketing by email and text message where you have agreed to receive it. We may also show you ads on other websites and social platforms based on your activity on the Services.
  • To improve the Services: to understand how people use the site and what they are interested in.
  • Security and fraud prevention: to protect the Services, our customers, and us.
  • Legal reasons: to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you join our early access list or otherwise opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (the date, time, and the page where you signed up). We use it to send recurring automated marketing and early access messages, such as launch announcements, offers, and order updates. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts. Reply HELP for help, or email us at hello@brunchandbibles.co.
  • Who sends them. We use a messaging service provider (currently Klaviyo) to send texts and store your consent on our behalf.
  • No sharing of mobile opt-in data. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. This does not include the service providers we use to deliver messages on our behalf.

Cookies

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser, as described below.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Shopify and other service providers who help us run the Services, such as hosting, payments, fulfillment and shipping, email and text messaging (currently Klaviyo), analytics, and customer support.
  • Advertising and marketing partners, such as Meta, to measure and show ads. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of this. You can do so here.
  • Affiliates within RENWD Faith LLC.
  • Others when required: to comply with the law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text messaging consent, as described in the Text Messages section above.

Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services to provide and improve them. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Services may link to sites we do not control, such as Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their practices. Anything you post publicly, such as tagging us on social media, may be seen by others.

Children's Data

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Our early access list and text messages are intended for people 18 and older. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, keep you on our list (until you unsubscribe), meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Receive a copy of your information (portability).
