Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to brunchandbibles.co and its related pages, early access list, text messages, and store (the "Services"), operated by RENWD Faith LLC, doing business as Brunch & Bibles ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, joining our early access list, or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Using the Services

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to join our list or make a purchase. You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to interfere with them, upload harmful code, scrape them, or use them to send spam. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

2. Early Access List

Brunch & Bibles is currently in pre-launch. Joining our early access list lets us tell you when the game is ready to order and send you related offers. Joining does not reserve inventory, place an order, or guarantee availability, a release date, or a price. Quantities in our first production run are limited.

3. Text Messaging Program

By entering your mobile number and submitting a Brunch & Bibles signup form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Brunch & Bibles at that number, including early access announcements, offers, and order updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@brunchandbibles.co.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.
  • We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

4. Offers and Discount Codes

Signup offers, including the 10% early access code, can be used once per customer, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, have no cash value, and may not be resold. We may set an expiration date, change, or end an offer at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse a code.

5. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We try to describe our products and prices accurately, but colors and packaging may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and errors can happen. Prices, product details, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders (including after you receive an order confirmation), and correct errors. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.

6. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. Shipping times are estimates, and the risk of loss passes to you when your order is handed to the carrier. For returns and refunds, contact us at hello@brunchandbibles.co.

7. Intellectual Property

The Brunch & Bibles name, logo, card content, artwork, packaging, photos, and other materials on the Services belong to RENWD Faith LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from them, including reproducing card questions in commercial products, without our written permission. Sharing photos of your own game on social media is welcome.

8. Your Submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas, feedback, or creator program content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and share them in connection with Brunch & Bibles, including on our website, social media, and ads. You confirm that your submissions are yours to share and do not violate anyone's rights. Creator partners are also governed by their Creator Partner Agreement.

9. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Services may include tools or links provided by third parties, such as Shopify, payment providers, and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RENWD Faith LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless RENWD Faith LLC from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Severability, Termination, and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms remain in effect until ended by you or us, and obligations incurred before termination survive. These Terms, together with our posted policies, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
